Colorado Opioid Treatment Programs
Colorado Opioid Treatment Programs offer replacement therapies, including methadone, buprenorphine (suboxone), and naltrexone, along with group and individual therapy in your community.

Colorado 2-1-1 is a confidential and multilingual service connecting people to vital resources across the state. No matter where you live in Colorado, you can find information about resources in your local community. Call, text, or chat with a 2-1-1 Resource Navigator to access services for mental health and substance use disorders.
I Matter
I Matter connects young people to free virtual counseling sessions with a professional therapist. Youths ages 11 and older can reach out to request counseling on their own, or a parent can get in touch to seek support for their child. Counseling sessions are always confidential and professional.

Make the Connection shares stories of recovery from military veterans and provides resources to find local support.
Health First Colorado
Health First Colorado is the State's Medicaid program. It provides public health insurance for Coloradans who qualify.
Sterile Syringe Access
Find a local syringe access program using the map on the North America Syringe Exchange Network (NASEN) website or by searching for a Colorado local syringe access program.
Test Strip Access
